Classroom Tech Setup
- Turn on the projector using the remote (usually white or gray)
- Connect your device using the HDMI cable at the teacher station
- If using a Chromebook, select "Mirror" or "Extend" from the display settings
- Adjust volume using the projector remote or classroom audio panel
- When finished, turn off the projector using the power button (press twice)
- Connect your Chromebook to the HDMI cable
- Click the time area in the bottom-right corner of your screen
- Select the display icon (looks like a rectangle with a line)
- Choose "Mirror Built-in Display" to show the same content on both screens
- Adjust your Chromebook volume to control the audio level
- Ensure your device is connected to both the display and audio system
- For YouTube/Vimeo, use the full-screen option for best quality
- Pre-load videos before class to avoid buffering delays
- Use the classroom audio controls to adjust volume to appropriate levels
- For accessibility, enable captions when available
- Power off and unplug the device before cleaning
- Use only approved electronics cleaning wipes
- For screens, wipe gently in one direction (no circular motions)
- For keyboards, turn device upside down to remove debris, then wipe
- Allow devices to dry completely before powering on

Single sign-on launchpad for district applications. Access through your Google account.

Student Information System for attendance, grades, and student data. Staff access requires training.
